Workover rig A5-40TS A5-40TS machine is designed to produce trip operations in the repair of wells, unequipped derrick structures, for discharge tubes and rods on the pathways, for bailing works to clean the sand bailer plugs for the excitation of wells by swabbing with wound onto the drawworks drum bailing rope. The unit is self-propelled oil-production machine, mounted on truck chassis Ural-4320 (STS), all terrain vehicle and consists of a one-drum type winch and telescopic two-section derrick with a block and tackle system. Unit, at the request of the consumer, can be equipped with mechanisms for trip operations from special cabin. Control of machine mechanisms at trip operations, performs from special cabin which has an independent heating. Control of the tower into working position - with manual remote control board, connected to a common electrical system of machine, with 20m cable. Tower machine is equipped with lights to ride safely installed and put it at any time of day, as well as hook block limiter that provides safety on trip operations. To work at night in a car lighting system provides a workplace at the wellhead, foster pathways, and crown block, the path of the hook block, hoists and area around the car. To ensure the stability of the machine in the production of trip operations at full capacity, the machine is equipped with a device for with out an anchor fixing derrick.
