Unit is intended for trip operations in the repair of wells, that are not equipped with derricks for work by laying pipes and rods on pathways, for cleaning sand plugs with bailer and for activation of wells through the aid of swabbing during winding on the winch drum bailing wire diameter 13.5mm.
The unit is self-propelled oil production machine, mounted on a tractor and consists of a one drum winch "A"-shaped tower with a block and tackle system.
The unit, at the request of the consumer, can be equipped with arrangements for screwing and unscrewing of tubing and pumping rods.
Control of machine mechanisms at the trip production is produced from the cabin.
Control of the derrick into position-with manual remote control board.
Derrick equipped with lights for safe installation and folding it at any time of a day, as well as the limiter hook-block, which provides safety of trip operations.
For night work of the well head on the unit provided lighting system of the workplace, crown block, the path of the hook-block, drawworks and site around the unit.
To ensure the sustainability of the unit in the production of trip operation at full capacity, it is equipped with a device for fixing without derricks.
