SPECIFICATIONS:
Oil gathering and pumping unit USZN, is designed to:
- Reduction of static pressure by the buildup of the repair oil pipeline area, allowed for the pumping unit PNU -3;
- Filling with hydraulic liquid and hydraulic testing of oil transfer manifold of pumping unit PNU -3;
-Emptying of oil transfer manifold from oil in the tank at the end of work on pumping;
- To pump oil from the repaired section of the pipeline (in a container or in a trunk pipeline with a working pressure of 10 MPa);
- Pumping oil from the open excavation pits and injected into the trunk pipeline with a working pressure of 10 MPa;
-Collection of oil spills from the relief, pits and injection into a nominal capacity;
- Transport the collected oil to the disposal site;
- Operation in hazardous areas, Class B-1g according to the rules of electrical facilities maintenance, the parameters of possible explosive mixtures of vapors of petroleum and petroleum-air category IIA, group T3 according to GOST 12.1.011-78, and without the presence of explosive and flammable environments. Climatic modification is special with the air temperature range from -55 º C to +40 º C.
